As a Foreman, you are the on-site face of Apollo Exteriors & Restoration, responsible for leading crews and ensuring every restoration project meets our uncompromising quality standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Crew Leadership: Oversee daily operations on-site, providing clear direction and mentoring team members to maintain a productive, positive environment.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure all exterior installations and repairs meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate the delivery of materials and the staging of equipment to keep projects moving on schedule and within budget.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain a clean and organized job site while strictly enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Homeowner Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for homeowners, answering questions and providing daily progress updates.
General Laborer
Are you a dependable individual who takes pride in manual craftsmanship? We are looking for General Laborers to assist our crews in delivering top-tier exterior restoration and construction services. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience with framing, as many of our projects require a solid understanding of structural boundaries and the building envelope.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Structural Support: Assist with the preparation of structural components across roofing, siding, decking, and other projects as needed.
- Site Preparation: Safely remove and dispose of old exterior materials while ensuring the homeowner’s landscaping and property remain protected.
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stage construction materials to support the progress of the skilled trades on-site.
- Site Restoration: Perform thorough ground-level cleanup at the end of every shift to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
- Tool Operation: Safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
